I was reading a book that talked about how in the movie "The Wizerd of OZ" it appears as if someone has hung themselves in one of the seens. I looked it up on the net and found that some people thought it was a munkchagan who had hung himself out of a broken heart. Then others thought a person who was to help back stage fell out of a tree unhurt. And then i had read that some thought a helper had hung himself. Although I did find that the rumer was false and it was a bird flapping around makeing a shadow as if a person might have been hanging.

SO I ask you all if any of you have heard anything interesting about movies like this that has a neat story about something in it or something along the same lines?

No, the closest I've heard or read about is that during the making of the fountainhead , the couple in the movie Howard and Dominique actually happened. The actor playing the respective character Gary Cooper and Patricia Kneal actually had an affair, and it wasn't just talk.

couples having affairs in movies is old news. why do you think all those spencer tracey and catharine hepburn oldies from the moldy past sizzled as they did. they had an affair for many many years.

did you know that in the wizzard of ozz the guy who played the tin man was the understudy? The original one, I forget who almost died of aspiration pneumonia. Instead of making him a tin costume, they covered him with glue and tin fibers. he breathed them in, got sick, and now you know the rest of the story.

I have a friend who reviews documents and pictures for errors all day. Watching movies with her is fascinating as she sees things no one else would notice. For example, in super man two she said "I find christopher reve totally unbelievable in this character. They must have been over budget or something." I swanted to know why and she said "in every single scene where they do close ups of his hands, under his fingernails are black and very dirty. Superman would have clean hands." Sorry, but every time I have heard of the long suffering and heroic mr. reve, besides my good feelings I want to ask his wife if she made him clean those nails.
